ARIZONA SUNSHINE ANGELS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting children in foster care residing in group homes throughout Maricopa County. The Angels serve roughly 700 children from 0 to age 18, by providing essential items that build self-esteem, promote independence, and encourage educational growth.

Since 1999, their volunteers have worked to brighten lives, and since becoming an official charitable organization in 2006, we've remained committed to ensuring every child feels valued, empowered, and hopeful for a brighter future.

The Gallery Show

You and your family will be invited to a celebration gallery show where your child's portrait will be displayed as fine art—because that's exactly what it is.

Imagine your kid walking into a real gallery space and seeing themselves on the wall, honored alongside other children being exactly who they are.

It's part art opening, part celebration of childhood—and your child gets to experience what it feels like to be truly seen.

How it all works…

1. Phone call

A quick phone call to learn about each other and give you some of the details. Plus we’ll schedule an in-person consultation.

2. Free Consultation

A 20-minute in-person consultation in the convenience of your home. We’ll go over the particulars, make sure we’re a good fit for each other, and then schedule the photo session!

3. The Session

We’ll play some music, we’ll pull faces, I ask your child to tell me all about themselves, and we have fun! I photograph some awesome natural expressions – quiet, goofy, and everything in between.

4. Viewing & Ordering

An in-person viewing and ordering appointment when you’ll get to see all the beautifully culled and curated images.

5. The Art Show

You and your family will be invited to a see your child’s portrait featured in the Simply Me Art Gallery Show, where your child will receive the full VIP experience.
